1-Year Replacement Guarantee & Returns

OFFICIAL POLICY

1. Learner-First Warranty Philosophy

We maintain an authentic "Learner-First" warranty. We understand that short circuits, reversed motor polarity, and broken brackets are integral aspects of mastering physical electronics.

1.1 100% Component Replacement Coverage

For a period of 365 days from delivery, any damaged microcontroller board, motor driver IC, ultrasonic sensor, IR reflectance module, or geared DC motor damaged during genuine experimentation will be replaced free of cost.

1.2 Claim Procedure

To request a replacement part, log in to your Customer Portal or submit a ticket with a photograph of the damaged component. No return shipment of the damaged module is required.

1.3 14-Day Unopened Kit Returns

If you change your mind prior to breaking tamper-evident hardware kit seals, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receipt for a 100% refund to the original payment source.
