Every SakRobotix Development Kit packaging contains a tamper-evident serial sleeve with a QR code and a 12-character alpha-numeric hardware license key. Simply visit sakrobotix/account/activate, log in with your account or institutional email, and input the serial. Your video tutorials, lab projects, and schematic assets unlock permanently with lifetime access.

SakRobotix hardware supports standard C/C++ workflows. You can program directly via the official Arduino IDE (2.x), Visual Studio Code with the PlatformIO extension, or Espressif ESP-IDF. For beginners, our web flasher tool requires zero driver installs over WebUSB on Google Chrome and MS Edge.

We know physical computing involves learning by failure. If any micro-controller board, ultrasonic transducer, motor driver, or micro-geared motor malfunctions within 12 months of purchase—even through reverse polarity student wiring errors during normal laboratory experiments—we dispatch a free direct replacement component without requiring return shipment of the damaged module.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST dispatch the same business day from our central warehouse in Bengaluru. A BlueDart or DTDC air-waybill tracking link is automatically dispatched via SMS and registered email upon handoff to the courier partner. You can also view orders directly in your Customer Account Orders portal.
