OFFICIAL POLICY1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing SakRobotix physical hardware, accessing our online tutorials, or deploying our curriculum in educational classrooms, you agree to bound terms under laws of the Republic of India with jurisdiction located in Bengaluru.
1.1 Hardware Intended Use
SakRobotix hardware kits are educational and rapid-prototyping evaluation modules designed to operate at safe low-voltage direct currents (typically 3.7Vā12V DC). They are not intended or certified for life-critical medical devices, avionics control, or hazardous industrial automated safety locks.
1.2 Intellectual Property
Open-source software libraries provided alongside our kits are released under permissive MIT or Apache 2.0 licenses. Mechanical chassis design files and branded pedagogical syllabi remain exclusive copyright properties of SakRobotix Innovations Inc.
1.3 Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
