Shipping & Logistics Policy
OFFICIAL POLICY1. Fulfillment & Dispatch
Orders are fulfilled directly from our Bengaluru technical center. Retail orders placed before 14:00 IST are processed for same-day dispatch.
1.1 Domestic Courier Partners
Deliveries are executed via premium express couriers including BlueDart Air, DTDC, and Delhivery. Typical transit time is 2 business days for Tier-1 metros and 3–5 business days across all other Indian PIN codes.
1.2 Tracking & Live Telemetry
A courier tracking AWB number is generated and transmitted via SMS, email, and WhatsApp notification upon parcel handoff.
1.3 Transit Damage Safeguard
If packaging exhibits visible external damage upon arrival, please record "Damaged on Arrival" with the delivery courier and contact support@sakrobotix.com within 48 hours for immediate replacement dispatch.
